Dane Richardson is an established building designer practicing

in Dunsborough, Western Australia with over 20 years experience

in design and construction

Dane formed his own firm - Dane Design Australia (DDA) in 1995 and has developed long standing relationships with industry professionals.

Dane has also worked abroad on a variety of projects in Indonesia, India and China, involving both design and construction management capacities.

Danes designs include a high attention to detailing including a

comprehensive knowledge of, materials, fittings, fixtures and

technologies. Intensive investigation of each of these elements

is undertaken on all projects.

All projects encompass aspects of Environmentally Sustainable

Development (ESD)  which include many elements of a buildings

performance, such as low energy use, low toxicity, reuse of water,

the use of sustainable materials and electronic management systems.

SOFTWARE

Documentation is prepared using three dimensional computer

modeling software known as Building Information Modeling (BIM).

The three dimensional aspect of the software enables the client to

fully experience the proposed design during the design phases

of the project.

Software and careful attention to detail provide the highest standard

of documentation , highly beneficial in the tendering and

construction phase of the project.
